聽了許久許久的樂團Kings Of Convenience(中文翻成好自在樂團),
他們的曲風模式一如團名所揭示,
清新的吉他配樂與男子二人組合聲。

由第二張專輯Riot On An Empty Street(沈溺在空曠大街)入門,
維持一貫的冷調,
在耳邊頌讀著歌詞建構出的心情與故事,
介於傾訴與馴服之間的漠然霧狀氛圍,
模糊一如唱片扉頁中那水漬迷濛的窗戶,
只見窗外景色的輪廓,
與毛毯、書籍、西洋棋構成的北國溫度。
頓時找不到情緒指涉的對象,
只是越來越摸不著頭緒,
只是隨波逐流地聽著,聽著,聽著。

直到第一張專輯Quiet is the new loud(沉默是金)入手,
似乎有些了解「沉默是金」的意義究竟是什麼,
Convenience成了一種耳語,
或是讓人的顏色變得清淺的呢喃咒,
存在的因雪覆蓋得以暫時休息,
容許你趁此小睡片刻,
而存在卻從未消逝,
雪也終將消融殆盡。

Convenience是加諸了溫柔的稀釋,而非抽離。
